Collage.com Announces Holiday Hiring for 100% Remote Customer Service Team

Collage.com hiring seasonal representatives to prepare for a successful holiday season; Customer service hires begin at a $15 hourly wage.

BRIGHTON, MI – October 1, 2018 – Collage.com is hiring two dozen full-time and part-time employees to join the company’s customer satisfaction team for this year’s holiday season. The company saw strong revenue growth throughout 2018 and anticipates an exceptionally busy holiday quarter, during which seasonal team members will help provide customers with standout customer service and a delightful holiday shopping experience. Hiring for the company’s seasonal positions began in September and will continue through mid-October.

New Hire Benefits and Roles

New hires will begin with a $15 hourly wage and must be located in California, Washington, Michigan, New York, Missouri, or Virginia.

  • Opportunity for overtime compensation during the company’s busiest weeks between 11/18 – 12/15
  • Potential for permanent employment at the end of the holiday season

Collage.com is looking for friendly team members, with strong verbal and written communication skills, to deliver excellent service to all customers. Seasonal representatives will receive extensive training to provide phone and email support during company business hours, including a live training session during the week of 11/4/18. Customer service needs may include troubleshooting questions about the website, helping customers design their products on the site, and assisting with recently placed orders.

Remote Working Environment

As a leader in all-remote work, Collage.com has received national recognition and a case study profile by Harvard Business Review. All seasonal customer service representatives will join Collage.com’s 100% remote team. The remote working environment allows new team members to provide phone and email support to customers from home or any private work space. Requirements include reliable broadband Internet access and a computer.

Although Collage.com is a fully remote company, it has its roots in Michigan. The company was co-founded by University of Michigan graduates Joe Golden and Kevin Borders, and permanent staff return to Michigan every year for annual team meetings. The customer satisfaction team is primarily based in Michigan.
